Cleonoxa premium cleaningwebsite in New York

The brief: build a site for a New York cleaning company that looks like a luxury brand rather than a classifieds ad, and takes a visitor from choosing a service to a request in seconds.

Phase 01 — navigator homepage

One screen, four doors

Cleonox runs four very different services: windows, janitorial cleaning, chandeliers and high ceilings, carpets and upholstery. Instead of a long homepage, we built one full-screen shot — and four big buttons.

  • Full-screen footage of real work sets a white-glove tone before the visitor reads a single word.
  • Four numbered service buttons at the bottom of the screen — people pick their task instead of hunting for it in a menu.
  • On mobile the buttons become a vertical list under the thumb — choosing a service takes zero scrolling.

Phase 02 — service landing pages

Four landing pages on one system

Each service got its own page for its own audience and search queries — but all of them are built from the same blocks, so they read as one brand.

  • Its own video shot and a teal accent on the service name in the headline — visitors see in a second they've landed exactly where they meant to.
  • Identical structure: benefits, services, safety, gallery, reviews, business offers, FAQ — a new service ships without a new design.
  • Right below the first screen, a bar — leave a request and a manager calls back within 15 minutes — plus a call button in the header.

Phase 03 — trust

Trust before price

People are letting strangers into their home or office — so before any price, the site answers "can I trust you?".

  • Years of experience and the number of completed jobs sit in the very first block after the hero — in large type, not fine print in the footer.
  • A "Safety First" section with rope-access photos and OSHA marks — critical for high-rise window cleaning.
  • Real client reviews from Thumbtack with date, rating and service — trust you can verify.

Phase 04 — services & work

A catalog where every card leads to a request

Services are shown as a photo gallery, not a price list: people recognise their own situation in the picture.

  • A horizontal strip of cards with tags (Interior, Exterior, On Schedule) and a "Get a Quote" button right on each card.
  • A gallery of real New York jobs instead of stock photos — the result speaks for itself.
  • The "Why Cleonox?" block sells a level of service, not cleaning — for an audience that pays for premium.

Phase 05 — the request

A path to a request from anywhere on the page

Some decide on the first screen, others after the FAQ. So the request and the phone call are one step away everywhere, and businesses get their own offer.

  • A dedicated block for property owners, retail and building managers: 24/7 scheduling, commercial packages, discounts on long-term contracts.
  • The FAQ handles typical objections (height, streaks, insurance, how to get a quote) and ends with an "Ask a question" button.
  • A closing "Ready for pristine spaces?" screen with a request button and phone number — one last nudge not to leave without acting.

Phase 06 — mobile

Built for the thumb, not just the mouse

Every screen was re-laid-out for the phone individually, not just squeezed into a narrower column.

  • The four homepage services become a vertical list of big buttons — picking a service takes one tap.
  • A "Leave a Request" button sits right in the first screen of every landing page, with the 15-minute call-back promise just below.
  • The menu folds into a burger while the language switch stays visible — the screen belongs to the headline and the work footage.

Result

A cleaning company that looks like a luxury brand

The navigator homepage and four service landing pages run on one block system — so a new service (like carpets and upholstery) launches as one more page, not a new website.
