This page explains what data we receive through ridrot.com, why we need it and how we handle it. In short: we only ask for what we need to reply, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Ridrot is a design and development studio based in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. For any questions about your data, email info.ridrot@gmail.com.
What data we receive
When you fill in the brief: your name, a contact (Telegram, email or phone), company or project name, project type, budget, timeline, description and reference links — only what you choose to provide.
When you message us on Telegram or by email: whatever your message contains.
Technical data: our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We also use the IP address briefly to protect the form from spam.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, estimate the cost and timeline of your project and agree on working together. We don't send newsletters without your consent and don't share your data for advertising.
Where the data goes
Brief submissions are delivered to the studio's private Telegram chat via a Telegram bot. Apart from Telegram and Cloudflare, which technically make this work, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (see below), we don't share your data with third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to reply and potentially work together. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete your data at any time — and we will.
Cookies and browser storage
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to count visits and understand which pages are useful: how many people visit, where they come from, which pages they view and how long they stay. To do this, Google Analytics sets analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes pseudonymous data about your device, browser, approximate location and IP address. We don't use this data for advertising and don't link it to your name or contact details.
We also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to see how visitors use the site: where they click, how far they scroll, and pseudonymous recordings of movement on the page. Clarity sets cookies (_clck, _clsk) and does not record what you type into the brief fields — those fields are masked.
Apart from that, your browser only stores preferences: your chosen language and whether the intro screen has already been shown. You can opt out of analytics by blocking cookies in your browser settings or installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email info.ridrot@gmail.com — we'll reply within 30 days.
